NET_PowerControl Home V.3 driver for OS 2.0

Driver Features:

• Control 3 power sockets independently
• Live feedback on C4 Navigators, can be used like a standard relay
• Supports the delay from commands, can be used to modify the start up from the devices. Instead of standby -> on (Control4 default) Switch on power -> standby -> on can be implemented. A document how to do this is included with the driver
