DVDO iScan Duo: twice as good

 

The DVDO iScan Duo High Definition video processor allow two separate display devices to take advantage of Anchor Bay's acclaimed Video Reference Series technology.

The DVDO iScan Duo converts standard definition and high definition signals from DVD players, Bluray players, game consoles, PCs or media players to any output resolution up to 1080p through either HDMI 1.3 video output. This allows using one output for a plasma

Both video outputs have auto format detection to output native resolution of displays up to 1920x1200 resolutions.

It has 8 HDMI 1.3, 2 component video, 1 HD 15, 1 S-Video and 3 composite video inputs, making a total of 15 video inputs. Besides audio from the HDMI inputs, the iScan Duo offers 3 optical and 1 electrical digital input as well as two analog audio inputs, a total of 14 audio inputs. Despite this complement of inputs it takes only 1 Standard 1U of rack space.

Operation is easy over its intuitive on screen display and easy to read 2 line, 20 character front panel display. Easy integration over RS-232 and IR. 2 programmable 12V triggers. Firmware upgrades over USB port.
